Groupon Redemption/Booking

Booking yourself online.

This option allows for quicker booking, without immediate voucher redemption but requires a credit or debit card to be used as a place holder. If you Prefer not to provide a card, feel free to call in to book your appointment.

  • When creating a profile be sure to check rather you want to get an email, text or both as means of receiving Updates, Info and Reminders.

  • Once your appointment has been booked expect a link to be attached to your booking confirmation email and/or text. Please fill this “General Intake Form” before the time of your appointment.

  • Please bring either a print out of your Groupon Voucher or include your Voucher Number and the amount you paid for your deal in the last section of your intake form.

Voucher Redemption Codes

  • Your Voucher Redemption Code can be found by clicking the “View Voucher” option on Groupon.

  • Your voucher can be redeemed either by yourself or given to your therapist to be redeemed upon booking.

  • Inability to redeem or provide a redeemable Voucher Redemption Code via the General Intake Form, Over the phone, Text message or Upon arrival will result in being notified via text by our staff. If you are still unable to provide a valid Voucher Code your appointment will be cancelled.

Calling in to book and appointment?

Our staff currently operates without the help of a receptionist. If we unable to pick up during business hours, it is most likely because we are either away from the office or with a client. Please leave a voicemail or a text message providing the following info to 225-308-9511

  1. First & Last Name (Must be the same name used to create a profile.)

  2. Date & Time you would like to be seen.

  3. Your Voucher Code and amount you paid for your deal.

PLEASE NOTE!

Although online booking does not require immediate redemption, a valid Voucher Code is required to be seen. Voucher Codes will be redeemed upon booking.

If you must Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment. WARNING, All No Call / No Shows or Cancellations made within 23hrs of your appointment will result in total Voucher loss.
