Your card will not be charged for the remaining balance unless it is your choice of payment application after your session. Businesses: Payments for services are due at the end of the day on the day of service. A valid credit card is required to be on file in order to book your massage services, no matter the payment method used to purchase the massage services. If paying by check, checks must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled event in order to receive massage services. If paying by ACH draft, draft must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled massage services. Late payments for massage events are subject to a $50 late fee after the first 24 hours, and a $50 fee for every 30 days thereafter. Fee for returned checks will be a $100 additional fee applied to your outstanding invoice. ALL 3RD PARTY VOUCHERS will be redeemed upon booking. If a voucher cannot be provided or is refunded by the company that sold you the voucher, has already been redeemed or expired it cannot be used as a form of payment.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES
LATE ARRRIVALS: Late arrivals will not receive extension on the scheduled massage appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

NO SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show for their massage appointment effectively surrender their 50% deposit or prepaid session and will not be given a full or partial refund. This includes members and individuals using a voucher. It is important that we are fairly compensated for reserved time slots.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY All Clients Please provide at least a 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment hours. This gives us enough time to fill this time slot. If your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given 24 hours before your appointment that Sunday. Failing to modify or cancel your appointment prior to the 24 hours leading up to your set appointment time, will result in the surrendering of your 50% deposit, and your deposit will be used to pay the therapist for the occupied booking space. If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to the 24 hours before your massage appointment your 50% Deposit will not be refundable. In order to reschedule after the 24-hour period or book another appointment entirely, you will be required to pay another deposit fee. Clients with active membership status: Cancellation and late rescheduling rules do not apply, however, "no call/no shows" will result in that session being labeled as completed. ALL 3RD PARTY VOUCHERS If you must Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24hrs before your appointment. WARNING, all Cancellations and Reschedules made within 23hrs of your appointment will result in Voucher Forfeiting. BUSINESSES/GROUPS: Corporate clients must provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment in any way. (If your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given 72 hours before your appointment that Wednesday; weekends don't count toward the 72 hour notice policy). If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to 72 hours before your onsite massage appointment, but you give more than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee will be charged to your credit card. Full refunds will not be given. Cancellations or appointment modifications with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee for services. No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Additionally, events with 4 or more shifts will be charged a 15% non-refundable fee for any cancellation or reduction in hours, no matter how much notice is given. An event is defined as anything a company books with us, even if it is multiple locations or dates. All therapists scheduled do not need to be working at the same location or the same shift for this 15% fee policy to apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If an event is canceled by the client for inclement weather, no fee will be charged to the client as long as the event is rescheduled for a future date AND meets the National Weather Service definition of a "Dangerous Weather Event". To qualify for having the fee waived, NOAA & The National Weather Service should have issued a Major Storm Warning either during the day of the event, or in advance of an expected event (ex. the expected Hurricane path). You can check warnings at https://www.weather.gov/. I reserves the right to cancel an event in the case of inclement weather if it jeopardizes the safety our therapists.

INFORMED CONSENT AND INTAKE: Upon booking an intake form will be sent to your email. Please fill out before your appointment time. Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will receive an electronic copy of the onsite massage therapy policies and will be asked to electronically sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional onsite massage therapy policies and procedures.
