Groupon Redemption/Booking

Instructions & Rules

(PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES BEFORE CONTINUING)

 
 

Option 1

This option requires 3 major actions, Registration, Voucher Redemption and Communication via text or phone call to book an appointment. May take anything from a few minutes to a full business day to secure an appointment. If you wish to book yourself online, skip down to Option 2.

  1. Registration

  • Click the “Login|Register” link provided above to Register yourself into our system. (This will allow us to book an appointment for you with less hassle.)

  • After the registration widget appears, scroll to and Click “Create a Profile”.

  • When creating a profile be sure to include rather you want to get an email, text or both as means of receiving Updates, Account Info and Reminders.

  • Enter your information then Click “Create a Profile”.


2. Redeem your Voucher

  • Inability to redeem or provide a correct Voucher Code will result in appointment rejection.

  • Voucher Code can be redeemed either by the client upon booking or provided to our staff upon communication.


3. Communication

Our staff currently operates without the help of a receptionist. This will soon change. Until then, please be patient when attempting communication.

Phone calls are welcomed but may not be able to be answered during business hours. Please leave a voicemail or a text message providing the following to 225-308-9511

  1. First & Last Name (Must be the same name used to create a profile.)

  2. Date & Time you would like to be seen.

  3. Your Voucher Code and amount you paid for your deal.

Once your appointment has been booked expect a link to be attached to your booking confirmation email and/or text. Please fill this “General Intake Form” before the time of your appointment.


If you must Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment. Last minute changes are both a direct waste of our therapists time and money. A 6hr grace period is available, however, all unexcused Last Minute Rescheduling will require a $20 rescheduling fee. Last Minute Cancellations & No Call / No Shows will result in total voucher loss. If a valid redemption code is not provided, a $30 fee will be applied to your account and you will be unable to book until your balance is cleared. You will also be placed on a flagged list. A second offense will get you blocked from booking completely.


Option 2

Book yourself online.

This option allows for quicker booking, without immediate voucher redemption but requires a credit or debit card to be used as a place holder.

  • When creating a profile be sure to check rather you want to get an email, text or both as means of receiving Updates, Info and Reminders.

  • Once your appointment has been booked expect a link to be attached to your booking confirmation email and/or text. Please fill this “General Intake Form” before the time of your appointment.

  • Please bring either a print out of your Groupon Voucher or include your Voucher Number and the amount you paid for your deal in the last section of your intake form. Below is an example of a Groupon Voucher.

 
 
 

PLEASE NOTE!

Although online booking does not require immediate redemption, a valid Redemption Code is required to secure an appointment. Redemption Codes will be verified upon booking, but NOT Redeemed. If one is not provided via the General Intake Form or Text you will be notified via text by our staff. If you are still unable to provide a valid Redemption Code your appointment will be cancelled.
