Groupon Redemption/Booking
Instructions & Rules
(PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES BEFORE CONTINUING)
Booking Option 1
Book your appointment online.
Please be prepared to enter your credit or debit card information in order to book. Your card WILL NOT be charged unless you have not presented a valid redemption code before or at the time your appointment, or if you are a No Show and your redemption code was not provided or is unredeemable.
Sign Up to create an account or Log into an existing account for faster booking. Creating an account also makes booking simpler on our end, in the event you run into any issues while trying to book your appointment.
Once your appointment has been booked expect a link to be attached to your booking confirmation email and/or text. Please fill the necessary forms before the time of your appointment, not doing so may result in time being taken away from your session in order to fill out the forms.
Please bring either a printout of your Groupon Voucher or include your Voucher Number and the amount you paid for your deal in the last section of your intake form. Below is an example of a Groupon Voucher.
Booking Option 2
Redeem your voucher and book your appointment via phone call or text. (Preferably by texting Gary at 225-300-2206)
Our staff currently operates without the help of a receptionist. This will soon change. Until then, please be patient when attempting communication. It may take anywhere between a few minutes and a full business day to secure an appointment if you are unable to book online.
Phone calls are welcomed but may not be able to be answered during business hours. Please leave a voicemail or a text message with the following.
First & Last Name (Must be the same name used to create a profile.)
Date & Time you would like to be seen.
Your Voucher Code and amount you paid for your deal.

PLEASE NOTE!
Although online booking does not require immediate redemption, a valid Redemption Code is required before your deal can be honored. If one is not provided via the General Intake Form or Text, you may be notified via text by our staff. If you are still unable to provide a valid Redemption Code at the time of your appointment, services will not be rendered.
If you must Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment. Last minute changes are both a direct waste of our therapist’s time and money. all unexcused Last-Minute Rescheduling will require a rescheduling fee that equals the difference between how much you paid Groupon and original appointment value. Last Minute Cancellations & No Call / No Shows will result in total voucher loss. If a valid redemption code is not provided, a $30 fee will be applied to your account, and you will be unable to book until your balance is cleared. You will also be placed on a flagged list. A second offense will get you banned from booking completely.
